At Kashmir Dry Fruit, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving approval for the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been opened or used.
  • Products not in their original condition.
  • Items purchased on sale or special promotions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you paid via Easypaisa Bank Transfer, we will credit the refund to your Easypaisa account or the bank account used for the transaction.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or through bank transfer.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return and replacement as per availability.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return, refund, or exchange:

  2. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s), including the shipping address.
  3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

6. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
